The 9th edition of the Côte d'Ivoire Real Estate Expo (SICI) marked a new milestone in the event's history with an exceptional nationwide tour. For the first time, SICI brought together real estate professionals, investors, and the general public in San Pedro (January 24), Bouaké (January 31), and Yamoussoukro (February 1), before concluding with its grand finale at the Abidjan Exhibition Center (Parc des Expositions d'Abidjan) on February 7–8, 2026.
